Following 15 years' experience in the private sector, Martin moved into the world of academia as an Associate Professor at the University of Lincoln International Business School.
With expertise in recruitment, training, HR and sales, Martin was delighted to then accept the role of CEO at the Lincoln City Foundation in 2021.
