Director of operations: Damian Froggatt
After spending the early part of his career in brand communications, Damian joined the club in 2005 as Football in the Community Education Officer alongside a coaching role in the Centre of Excellence.
Damian established the club’s first NVQ programme and qualified as an FA Coach Educator before transitioning into the role of Academy Operations Manager.
In 2019, Damian switched to an operational role and now holds the post of Director of Operations, overseeing strategic capital investment and infrastructure.
