The club is a member of the English Football League (EFL) and is subject to the EFL’s rules and regulations. As required by those regulations, the Club can confirm the following have a ‘significant interest’ (as that term is defined within the EFL regulations) in the club:
EFL Regulation 113 requires every club to declare publicly the identity of any individual who directly or indirectly owns a stake of ten percent or more of the club. Lincoln City Football Club Company Ltd ("the club") therefore advises as follows:
Lincoln City Holdings Ltd owns 91.24% of the issued share capital of the club.
HJ-LCFC Holdings LLC, Clive Nates and Liquid Investments, Inc own 32.23%, 25.09% and 12.64% of Lincoln City Holdings Ltd respectively.
HJ-LCFC Holdings LLC is owned by Harvey, Missy, Jaxon and Jensen Jabara.
Liquid Investments, Inc is owned by Ron Fowler.
Clive also holds 0.05% of the club.
Fans’ shareholding in the club
Lincoln City’s supporters own just under 9% of the shares issued in Lincoln City Football Club Company Limited, the company through which the club operates and carries out its activities. In addition the Red Imps Community Trust holds one million shares in Lincoln City Holdings and 351,548 shares directly in the football club and is represented on both boards.
The club has more than 5,400 individual shareholders. You can play your part in the future of Lincoln City Football Club by purchasing shares and owning a piece of the club.
