Lincoln City FC Academy believe that children and young people should be exposed to opportunities that enrich their lives and allow them to flourish and develop into confident, well rounded adults who can contribute to society and make a difference to their community whether that be on a local or wider scale. We strive to develop young people of good character, integrity and resilience who bring their very best to everything they do from the training ground to the classroom, from Foundation Phase through to graduating from the Academy.

It is for this reason that the Academy has made significant investments into our education provision both internally and in conjunction with external stakeholders who add value to the level of our programme. Taking accountability and responsibility for the development of each of our young people, our desire to provide an outstanding education programme is key to the Academy’s mission statement that everybody leaves Lincoln City FC with a future. In an attempt to create a clear road map towards achieving these aims, the education department have set clear, SMART targets.
