Head coach: Michael Skubala

City announced the appointment of highly-rated Michael Skubala as head coach on Monday 13 November following a rigorous recruitment process.

Skubala has more than 20 years of elite coaching experience, with a number of roles with the Football Association culminating in being part of the England U18 team. He had previously led the England futsal strategy and acted as manager for the national teams - having overseen more than 200 games as an international head coach.

Assistant head coach: Tom Shaw

Tom Shaw joined the Imps in June 2018 and has held several different roles within the club, including first-team coach, interim head coach, and most recently assistant head coach.

Alongside his work with City, Shaw also operated as the head of football at Nottingham Trent University before leaving the role in February 2024.

Shaw was also head coach of Gainsborough Trinity from April 2021 until May 2022.

Goalkeeping coach: Scott Fry

Scott Fry joined City in the summer of 2022.

Scott moved to the Imps from Wolves, where he had been head of Academy and U23 goalkeeping.

Head of medical: Kieran Walker

Kieran Walker joined the Imps in 2012 on a scholarship before rising through the ranks of the football club’s medical department.

Kieran is now the head of medical at City having taken on the role in July 2023.

First team physiotherapist: Elliott Howell

Having gained valuable experience through his work with Plymouth Argyle, Leyton Orient and Portsmouth, Elliott Howell joined City on a full-time basis at the beginning of the 2023/24 season.

Elliott operates as a first-team physiotherapist for the Imps.

First team sports scientist: Harry Rossington

Harry Rossington first joined the Imps from Nottingham Forest on an internship as a sport science intern.

Harry has been part of the furniture ever since, with the full-time sports scientist now in his eighth year at the club.

Head of sports science: Josh Snowden

Josh Snowden joined City towards the end of the 2023/24 campaign after moving from Indian-side Bengaluru FC in April 2024.

City’s head of sports science has also gained experience with Leeds United and Huddersfield Town.

Lead sports therapist: Tom Hallas

Tom Hallas is a first-team sports therapist at City, joining from Nottingham Forest in June 2022.

Hallas also spent five years as a sports therapist at Notts County.

Kit manager: Terry Bourne

Lincolnshire-born Terry Bourne has been the Imps’ first-team kit manager since January 2018.

Terry had previously worked for Nottingham Forest for 15 years prior to his move to City.

Chief scout: Marc Tracy

Marc Tracy has been the chief scout for the Imps since his move to Lincolnshire in June 2018.

Marc was involved in operations early in his career, holding relevant roles at Luton Town and Cambridge United before moving into recruitment with the U’s in August 2014.

He built up his experience in recruitment and scouting throughout his ten years in Cambridgeshire before taking up his role with the Imps.
