He had previously led the England futsal strategy and acted as manager for the national teams - having overseen more than 200 games as an international head coach.
David Bridges returned to the club as assistant head coach ahead of the 2024/25 season.
David, who was head of coaching in our academy from 2018 until 2021, rejoined the Imps from the Professional Footballers' Association where he had been working as a coach developer helping the likes of Cesc Fabregas, Granit Xhaka, Jermain Defoe and Jack Wilshere complete their coaching badges.
Tom Shaw joined the Imps in June 2018 and has held several different roles within the club, including first-team coach, interim head coach, and most recently assistant head coach.
Alongside his work with City, Shaw also operated as the head of football at Nottingham Trent University before leaving the role in February 2024.
Shaw was also head coach of Gainsborough Trinity from April 2021 until May 2022.
Having gained valuable experience through his work with Plymouth Argyle, Leyton Orient and Portsmouth, Elliott Howell joined City on a full-time basis at the beginning of the 2023/24 season.
Elliott operates as a first-team physiotherapist for the Imps.
Marc Tracy has been the chief scout for the Imps since his move to Lincolnshire in June 2018.
Marc was involved in operations early in his career, holding relevant roles at Luton Town and Cambridge United before moving into recruitment with the U’s in August 2014.
He built up his experience in recruitment and scouting throughout his ten years in Cambridgeshire before taking up his role with the Imps.
