Lee Mitchell claims confidence is high in the camp ahead of City’s match against Sporting Khalsa on Sunday 29 October.
The Imps snapped their winless run with a dramatic 4-3 win over Lichfield City, and Mitchell is hopeful that this could mark a change in fortunes for his side.
He said: “We’re off the back of a draw and a win, and we just want to keep that going.
“Confidence is high, players are buzzing, so we need to keep this momentum going, and keep that consistency - that’s the key.”
Mitchell is aware of the challenge ahead however, with Khalsa enjoying a good run of form as of late.
He continued: “Khalsa will be a good, well-organised team - we know their staff and the players.
“They’ve got a lot of new players, so I’m sure they’re starting to gel now but it’ll be a tough test, it always is playing Khalsa.”
