Lucy Farrow wants to go far in this season’s FA Cup, with City travelling to Lichfield City in the third qualifying round.
Lichfield progressed to this stage following a dramatic penalty shoot-out victory over Knowle while the Imps will be playing their first FA Cup match of the season.
Farrow said: “It’s definitely a big ambition of the season to go far in the FA Cup.
“We love the FA Cup, it’s one game where you’ve got to give your all and see how far you can get.”
Despite a difficult run of fixtures in recent weeks, Farrow is hoping that the point claimed at Sheffield will be a turning point.
She added: “It was good for us to get a couple of goals, go 2-0 up but it was frustrating.
“But a point is a point and we’ve just got to build on that and keep going.”
