Lee Mitchell has said the mood within the camp is very positive following a run of strong form as he looks to finish the season strongly.
The Imps beat Northampton Town at the Elite Performance Centre last weekend to extend their unbeaten run to three matches.
Mitchell said: “Everyone's on a high at the minute and it has been coming for a few games now.
“Starting with the Stourbridge game and then the confidence built coming back from 2-0 down at Sheffield and then again, holding out against a team like Northampton. The girls are buzzing in the moment and they're showing consistency which is the key.
With two games left in their FA Women’s National League Divison One Midlands, starting with the trip to Solihull Moors on Sunday, Mitchell is now keen for his side to finish strong to lay some solid foundations for next year.
He added: “We're running out of games but we just want to keep this momentum going because that ultimately builds into the following season.
“We can't take our foot off the gas, we need to finish strong like we have been doing in the last few games.”
