Tyler Walker joined the club on a two-year deal in July 2023. 

Walker returned to the LNER Stadium after a prolific loan spell in the 2019/20 season, scoring 16 goals. This followed an impressive 26 goals whilst on loan at Mansfield Town the season prior with the forward being named in the PFA Team of the Year for Sky Bet League Two. 

He has since been a regular at Championship side Coventry City, playing more than 70 times for the Sky Blues over three seasons. 

Tyler has plenty of football league experience, spending time at Nottingham Forest, Burton Albion, Stevenage, Port Vale, Bolton Wanderers, and Portsmouth.
