Charlie Carlisle has worked his way through the ranks at the Imps since joining at U10 level.

Carlisle has shown his versatility throughout his time with City, playing across the defensive line and stepping into midfield when needed.

The young defender has been a regular throughout the 2024/25 season and impressed during the young Imps’ record equalling FA Youth Cup campaign.
