The Imps captain joined in the summer of 2022 from Bradford City after he spent three-and-a-half years with the Bantams.

The Irishman made over 125 appearances for Bradford in his spell there, scoring eight times in the process. 

Paudie has made over 90 appearances for the Imps in his two seasons with the club, scoring four goals. 

In August 2023 he was made club captain by head coach at the time, Mark Kennedy. 

O’Connor has also represented Blackpool, Leeds United and Irish side Limerick at a senior level.
