Fred joined Lincoln City academy in August 2023. 

Fred has held previous coaching positions in the USA as well as the UK. 

In 2022, Fred completed his MSc in performance football coaching with St Mary's University Twickenham and is on course to complete his UEFA  A  License in 2024 with the Scottish FA.
