Adam joined Lincoln City academy in July 2024. 

Prior to this, Adam worked at Rotherham United and Doncaster Rovers, coaching across a wide range of age groups from Under 7 to Under 16 on a part-time basis, before becoming full-time as Doncaster Rovers' foundation phase lead, managing the Under 7 to Under 12 programme. 

Adam also holds coaching experience in men and women's non-league football, coaching in schools through community programmes, and various age groups in both boys and girls grassroots football.
