Calum joined Lincoln City as assistant head of academy in February 2023 before moving into the role of head of academy and coaching at the start of the 2024/25 season. 

Calum holds more than 20 years coaching experience, including work with Sheffield Wednesday, Doncaster Rovers and Bristol Rovers, alongside time in the USA.
