The Imps have created a supporter equality, diversity and inclusion questionnaire to help gain information about how the club can improve in those areas.
As the club continue their journey to achieving the gold award in the EFL’s Code of Practice during the 2024/25 season, this questionnaire serves as an important marker to better understand the club’s fanbase.
In turn, the responses from supporters will support the club and its commitment to ensuring that perceived barriers are broken down to ensure a welcoming, inclusive and accessible environment for all Imps fans. This season the club is running both U18 and adult questionnaires.
Supporters who fill out the questionnaire will be automatically entered into a competition which could see them win one of the following prizes.

- Pairs of regular tickets/family tickets
- 24/25 home shirts
- Meet & greet opportunity
- Behind-the-scenes stadium tour with Alan Long
- Junior Imp membership
The questionnaire will be live between Saturday 1 June and Wednesday 31 July - click here to complete it.
The data from this questionnaire is collected anonymously, however an email address will need to be provided upon submission which is not linked to your responses. Prize winners will be contacted directly via this email address provided following the conclusion of the questionnaire window.
