The Imps are seeking a retail & ticket executive to join the team at the LNER Stadium.

Location: LNER Stadium, Lincoln, LN5 8LD
Hours: Minimum 16 hours per week, plus home matchdays (essential)

Join Lincoln City Football Club as a retail & ticket executive, where you will play a key role in supporting fans and customers while being part of the exciting world of football.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch service to fans and customers across various communication channels (phone, email, in-person).
  • Process ticket bookings, retail purchases, memberships, and fan queries.
  • Support marketing initiatives through accurate data input and fan engagement.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including managing phone calls, sorting mail, and logging visitors.
  • Be a proactive team player on matchdays, ensuring fans have an unforgettable experience.

What we’re looking for:

Essential skills & attributes:

  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and confident in using computer and telephone systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • A quick learner who thrives both in a team and independently, with a flexible and professional attitude.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in customer service, including handling inbound and outbound calls.

Desirable skills & experience:

  • Sales and cash-handling experience, ideally in a retail setting.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data protection principles.
  • Understanding of the sports or entertainment industry is a bonus!

Qualifications:

  • GCSE qualifications in maths and English are essential.
