City are inviting applications for a women's first-team coach and a women's head coach for the University of Lincoln.
The women's first-team coach will assist the head coach in delivering a high-level player development programme that transfers into individual and team performances while competing in the Women's National League and FA, League and County Cup competitions. This will involve two evening training sessions per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and games on a Sunday afternoon. The women's head coach of the University of Lincoln will lead the university performance team in the BUCS league midweek on a Wednesday (daytime), which will also involve at least one training session per week, video analysis and player recruitment days. This is a key strategic role in ensuring there is a two-way pathway for female players across both University and Lincoln City programmes.
