Update on Lincoln City Holdings

After further planned investment into Lincoln City Holdings Ltd, natural dilution has occurred, which means Clive Nates now holds less than 25% of the shares issued. He has therefore been removed as a person of control at Companies House. This is procedural only.

For the avoidance of doubt, Clive Nates remains chairman of Lincoln City Holdings and Lincoln City FC, and the current ownership model and decision-making structure remains the same.

Following the issuing of the new shares our ownership structure is as follows:

Lincoln City Holdings Ltd owns 91.74% of the issued share capital of the club.

HJ-LCFC Holdings LLC, Clive Nates and Liquid Investments, Inc own 31.12%, 24.53% and 15.26% of Lincoln City Holdings Ltd respectively.

HJ-LCFC Holdings LLC is owned by Harvey, Missy, Jaxon and Jensen Jabara.

Liquid Investments, Inc is owned by Ron Fowler.

Clive also holds 0.05% of the club.
