The Imps can confirm details ahead of the trip to Rotherham United on Tuesday 3 December (7.45pm KO).
City have been handed an allocation of 1,915 tickets for the game at the New York Stadium.
Tickets for the game go on sale on to Gold, Silver, Bronze, Junior and Young Imp members from 10am on Monday 4 November, with the remaining tickets going on general sale on Tuesday 5 November.

**Juniors must be accompanied by someone who is 16 or above and has to be sat next to them.
Rotherham have stressed the importance of buying ahead of matchday. They don't have a large away ticket office so a large walk-up is logistically challenging and may lead to queues, and they want to ensure supporters don't miss any portion of the fixture.
Disabled supporters
Supporters who are buying disabled tickets are entitled to a free carer ticket, with tickets £18 for adults or the relevant age band above.
Included in the allocation are nine pairs of wheelchair and carer tickets. The wheelchair user (higher rate) will be charged the disabled concessionary price of £18 or relevant age band, with the carer free of charge.
The Millers also have five disabled parking spaces available for away supporters which need to be pre-booked by 5pm the day before the game, and will be issued on a first come first served basis at a charge of £7. These can be booked by contacting the Red and White Shop on 01709 827768.
Any supporters who are visually impaired and require a commentary set will need to book one through Rotherham's disabled liaison officer on 01709 827768 or by emailing dlo@rotherhamunited.net. There will be a £10 deposit that will need to be paid in cash upon collection. This will be returned once the commentary set is returned at the end of the match.
