General access to the Cowshed South Stand is via turnstiles 17-20. This is clearly signposted from the coach park. Please be aware that due to the current security situation, all bags will be subjected to a search before being allowed in. Safety stewards will also conduct checks as deemed necessary when looking for other prohibited items. Failure to consent to such a search will result in access to the stadium being denied. Tickets will be inspected on entry and proof of identification may need to be presented.

The stand is accessed from the rear. The rows are identified alphabetically starting with row A at the front, and row HH at the back of the stand.

All collections are available from the Huddersfield Town ticket office, window 2, adjacent to the main reception in the Core Stand. Collections are available for two hours before kick-off and proof of identification will be required.

The stadium is a non-smoking stadium, this includes e-cigarettes. Huddersfield also do not allow large bags or suitcases into the stadium, and do not have a storage area for them. Supporters can bring small rucksacks but nothing larger than A4 in size.

General parking can be booked in the Gasworks Car Park, approximately a 10 minute walk from the away stand at a cost of £5 and can be booked online HERE or over the phone on 01484 960606. Huddersfield can either post out a parking pass or email it to the supporter to print off, but they must hold a physical pass to enter the car park. There is no pay on the day parking available.

Disabled supporters

Wheelchair users will be situated to the rear of the Magic Rock Brewing Stand, on an elevated platform overlooking the playing area. This area accommodates a maximum of eight wheelchair users (with eight personal assistants sitting in the row in front, on Row Z). Access can be gained by an accessible gate adjacent to turnstile 17. Tickets are available now from the City ticket office.

Ambulant disabled supporters pay the relevant price class and can be issued with a free personal assistant ticket, if requested by the supporter. If a supporter's preference is to manage as few stairs as possible, seats will be issued on Row BB, where the supporter enters the stand.

If their preference is to have an unobstructed view due to standing that sometimes takes place at football, seats on Row A behind the wheelchair users are recommended, as they would then have an unobstructed view of the pitch.

Huddersfield also have 13 accessible parking spaces available in the St Andrews Road Car Park for away supporters, which must be booked no later than a week before the fixture is played. This car park is situated behind the Cowshed South Stand and can be booked by calling 01484 960606 (option 5) or by emailing dlo@htafc.com. The supporter will then be added to the car parking list and directed to their space by the steward on arrival.

Any supporters requiring use of the match commentary headsets should contact dlo@htafc.com or call 01484 960606 before 4pm on a Friday for a weekend fixture.
