Lewis Montsma, Reeco Hackett, Bailey Cadamarteri and Conor McGrandles came in for Ethan Hamilton, Erik Ring, Tom Hamer and Freddie Draper.
For Montsma, it's his first league start since 25 March 2023, while it's Hackett's first league start of the season.
