Ben House returned from illness to line up for the Imps against Huddersfield Town.
The forward had missed last Saturday's fixture against Charlton Athletic, but joined Bailey Cadamarteri in coming into City's attack.
Cadamarteri was also elevated to the line-up after he scored the decisive goal in Tuesday's 1-0 win at Morecambe in the Vertu Trophy.
Tendayi Darikwa also returned after a one-match suspension which kept him out of the visit of the Addicks.
