Lewis Montsma, Reeco Hackett, Erik Ring and Freddie Draper came in for Tendayi Darikwa, Adam Jackson, Ethan Hamilton and Ben House.
Jackson has a number of broken bones in his face after Tuesday's game at Rotherham, while Darikwa serves a one-match suspension after collecting his fifth booking of the season in midweek. Elsewhere, House misses out through illness.
