Match guide | Imps v Peterborough United

Two children pose wearing red and white football tops. They are smiling and each holding one arm up and their other arm around the other child.

Ahead of the visit of Peterborough United on Saturday afternoon, we can provide supporters with a guide to plan your visit to the LNER Stadium.

Roadworks on Sincil Bank

Please note that Sincil Bank is closed to vehicles from Scorer Street to Sausthorpe Street due to ongoing development. The footpath remains open but please be considerate of other supporters at key times as there maybe congestion.

This road closure is expected to remain in place until February 21, when the work moves further south along Sincil Bank.

Remembering Brian Baldam

Please ensure you are at your seat in the stadium in good time as we will celebrate the life of Brian Baldam, who passed away peacefully last weekend, with a minute's applause. Brian was the full-time organiser of the Lincoln and District Football Supporters Club for more than 50 years, starting the role in 1965, helping raise more than £1.6million for club funds through his famous bingo events held at the Drill Hall before moving to Sincil Bank.

We are also expecting a fans-led applause after 63 minutes for supporter Mark Gresham who recently passed away.

University of Lincoln Fan Village

The University of Lincoln Fan Village is open from 12noon and perfect for those who want to avoid the queues and get down to the LNER Stadium early. There are some fantastic locally-sourced food options - with R&N catering, Curry Jacks, William Wood burgers and and Coddy’s Sweets all on site.

Tipsy Imp will provide a wide range of premium beers and ciders. A variety of soft drinks are also available across the Fan Village.

The Imps retail unit provides supporters the opportunity to kit themselves out with our home, away, third and special edition charity kit as well as a range of other exciting items.

There is plenty going on in the Red Imps Community Trust pod. As well as Trust representatives who are happy to chat about the role they play at the club, teamsheets can be purchased from the pod in addition to collectible programmes and memorabilia - with donations raising money for Lincoln City Foundation.

Family activities

There is an inflatable football challenge in the University of Lincoln Fan Village. There will be games such as table tennis and EAFC in the Co-Op Community Hub behind the Stacey West Stand. There are free children's football sessions on the 3G pitch opposite the Greenlinc Renewables Stand - there is no need to book on, simply turn up from 12noon.

Smoking clinic

Have you wondered what your carbon monoxide levels are after smoking? There is a free stop smoking pop-up clinic in the Co-Op Community Hub. One You Lincolnshire can offer information and guidance on their free smoke-free programme and other options tailored to your health and wellbeing journey.

The exhaled carbon monoxide test is a useful tool to monitor how much carbon dioxide is in your body. If you smoke, it can help you quit. The test can also show if you’re being exposed to dangerous levels of carbon monoxide in second-hand smoke, even if you don’t smoke yourself. Find One You Lincolnshire in the Co-Op Community Hub from 12.30pm-2.45pm on Saturday.

Supporter liaison officers

Our SLO team will be around the stadium before and during the game, look out for them or our 'Here To Help' team - they will all be clearly identified. We have a matchday familiarisation opportunity for any supporters who are new to the stadium - this is free and there is no need to sign up, simply head to the ticket office for 1.15pm.

The below video will help you plan your journey to the game - click here to view our full guide for first-time fans.

Audio descriptive commentary

The Imps provide a free audio descriptive commentary service for fans with visual impairments. Headsets and receivers can be collected from the ticket office before the game (from the SLO point 12noon-2pm, then from the ticket office desks).

Fans are encouraged to bring their own headphones where possible to minimise the amount of equipment needed to be shared - the receivers have a standard aux output.

Anyone with questions about the service are asked to contact disability liaison officer Heidi Langham on dlo@theredimps.com.

Teamsheet

Teamsheets cost just 50p and are available in the ticket office and the Red Imps Community Trust stand in the University of Lincoln Fan Village. We expect these to be available from around 2.15pm. Click here to order your teamsheet for collection from the ticket office.

We expect a bumper prize pot which should exceed £1,500 - plus we have 11 further chances to win as you can claim the shirts off the back of the first-team. In addition to a significant first prize, we'll draw 11 more winners who will win the shirts worn by the starting XI in the fixture.

Tickets cost just £1, with our seven tickets for £5 offer in place for the best value chance to win.
