Ahead of the visit of Arsenal U21 on Saturday afternoon, we are able to provide supporters with a guide to plan your visit to the LNER Stadium.
Summer improvements and ongoing work
Home supporters with seats in the GBM Stand will enter the stadium via turnstiles 21-23 in the south-west corner of the stand. Catering facilties for fans in this stand are in the southern end of the stand.
Visiting supporters can access the Stacey West Stand via turnstiles 11-14 in the north-west corner - with catering facilities and toilets also in this corner.
Some of our summer maintenance and improvement work is still ongoing, so please bear with us if you're asked to enter or exit the stadium itself via a different route to usual.
City have taken catering in house for this season, and there are still a number of products to be added in future games. Products available on Saturday will be similar to last season (Pukka, Mom's Hot Dogs and Coca-Cola brands) with new lines being introduced as the season gets underway.
We have invested in new tills in catering and hospitality areas with integrated card machines which will speed up service - though please show patience with employees as they get used to the new system. The majority of points are card only - with a cash till in the south-west kiosk in the GBM Stand and in the Centre Spot Bar.
There are also more catering points serving the Greenlinc Renewables Stand, positioned at the north end of the stand.
University of Lincoln Fan Village
For those looking to relax and enjoy the matchday atmosphere, there is a wide range of food and drink options in the University of Lincoln Fan Village - with Tipsy Imp, William Wood, Roco Burger and Industrial Street Food all present.
Tipsy Imp will provide a wide range of premium beers and ciders. A variety of soft drinks are also available across the Fan Village.
The Imps retail unit provides supporters the opportunity to kit themselves out with our home, and away kit as well as a range of other exciting items.
The Red Imps Community Trust will have their stall including old programmes for sale.
Family activities
There are free children's football sessions on the 3G pitch opposite the Greenlinc Renewables Stand from 12.30pm every Saturday - there is no need to book on, simply turn up from 12.30pm.
There will also be an inflatable football challenge in the University of Lincoln Fan Village. Please note that Poacher's Den will not be in operation for this fixture.
Supporter liaison officers
Our SLO team will be around the stadium before and during the game, look out for them or our 'Here To Help' team - they will all be clearly identified. We have a matchday familiarisation opportunity for any supporters who are new to the stadium - this is free and there is no need to sign up, simply head to the ticket office for 1.30pm.
Audio descriptive commentary
The Imps provide a free audio descriptive commentary service for fans with visual impairments. Headsets and receivers can be collected from the ticket office before the game (from the SLO point 12noon-2pm, then from the ticket office desks).
Fans are encouraged to bring their own headphones where possible to minimise the amount of equipment needed to be shared - the receivers have a standard aux output.
Anyone with questions about the service are asked to contact disability liaison officer Heidi Langham on dlo@theredimps.com.
Teamsheet
Teamsheets cost just 50p and are available in the ticket office and the Red Imps Community Trust stand in the University of Lincoln Fan Village. We expect these to be available from around 2.15pm.
Imps+
The match is available for live streaming wherever you are in the world for just £8, or the equivalent cost in your local currency.
Live commentary is provided by the renowned John Helm, a man who has covered seven World Cups, who will be joined by Gary Hutchinson of the Stacey West Podcast to provide expert insight.
City supporters unable to get to the LNER Stadium will also be able to follow the action with regular updates on the club’s official Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages.
Car parking
The matchday offers in central car parks are not in operation for this fixture, though there is plenty of parking available
Take the pressure off matchday by booking your parking spot on the South Common now - click here to book.
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased from the ticket office before the match, but we strongly recommend purchasing online at eticketing.co.uk/imps.
Travelling supporters can purchase tickets from the away ticket office window next to the club shop before the game.
