Following a successful 2023/24 season, City are looking to recruit new team members for the 2024/25 campaign.
Are you ready to bring your energy and enthusiasm to the LNER Stadium? As a member of the Lincoln City team, you will provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a memorable and positive experience for our fans and guests.
For some roles, previous experience is preferred but not essential. What matters most is your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We will be holding a recruitment day on Thursday 27 June to find new colleagues for the coming season. If you’re interested in joining us, please complete an application form here.
The open day will take place in the Branston Legends Lounge between 12noon and 7pm and you will have the opportunity to meet some of the team who work here and ask questions about the roles available. Those roles are:
- Matchday host: welcoming guests and fans to our lounges
- Selling draw tickets: helping to increase revenue for the club
- Retail & ticketing: working with our ticket office team
- Catering & bar (bar, matchday and non-matchday catering and area supervisors): helping to deliver our catering provision
- Matchday steward: helping to keep everyone safe on match days
- Turnstile operative: making sure fans enter the ground safely
