Step into the shoes of your City heroes by playing at the LNER Stadium this summer.
There is limited availability in May for you to hire out the LNER Stadium for your next event. Those interested in hiring the pitch between Monday 5 May and Friday 16 May should register by emailing commercial@theredimps.com as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
The package includes:
- LNER Stadium pitch hire for 90 mins, including the pitch, dugouts and space for warm ups and pitchside presentations
- Access to the stadium for 250 people to spectate (additional access will require more stewards at your cost)
- Provision of safety team
- Use of PA system and microphone
- Use of the scoreboard
- Full access to both home and away changing rooms
- Access to the Greenlinc Renewables 200 Club (food is optional but can be provided for an additional cost)
Please note that a matchball and match officials will need to be provided for the bookings.
