Boost our winning team of volunteers

City are asking supporters for their help over the summer to help the club prepare for the 2024/25 season.

It is a huge effort every summer to help get the stadium ready for the new season, but the hard work is not done yet. The club would like to call for anyone who is able to give any amount of time during the next few weeks to help prepare the LNER Stadium.

From painting to jet-washing, there is a job for everybody, and you will be able to follow the Imps throughout the season, knowing you played your part in helping the team.

Anyone able to help will be offered free tickets to the pre-season fixture against Arsenal, and there are always more opportunities to join the Imps’ volunteer team throughout the season too, ensuring you can play as much of a part of Michael Skubala’s side as possible.

Graeme Power, who is a club volunteer, spoke about the benefits of helping. He said: “I had an accident at work which meant I couldn’t do the job anymore, so I volunteered my services to the club.

“It’s really helped maintain my mental health, given me a new set of friends and something to get up for in the morning. I come in, do what I can and feel a real sense of achievement at the end of the day.”
