900 children enjoy Grassroots Day

More than 900 children from grassroots clubs across Lincolnshire helped packed out the LNER Stadium during Saturday's game against Leyton Orient.

City offered discounted tickets during the latest initiative, and were again rewarded with players, coaches and parents from almost 30 teams packing out three blocks behind the goal.

It proved so popular that additional spaces had to be opened up around the LNER Stadium after the inital allocation in the Stacey West Stand sold out.
