Lincoln City Foundation are inviting applications for a new health and wellbeing coach to join their Healthier Communities section.
The role of a health and wellbeing coach is to plan, co-ordinate, deliver, and evaluate a range of activities and programmes with the aim of improving physical health, social connection, and mental wellbeing.
The role will include working evenings and weekends, and on seasonal events as and when required.
In line with the Foundation’s strategic objectives the Health and Wellbeing Coach will work to provide safe, engaging, and high-quality physical activity provision and wellbeing support pathways to all Foundation participants.
They will also enhance and advance the progression of Foundation participants through programme activity with the aim to make a positive impact on an individual’s health and personal achievement.
It will also be required that the successful candidate develop and lead sessions - taking responsibility for the delivery of content, administration, data collection, relevant equipment, and participant involvement.
Applications close on Sunday 2 June, with interviews for the position commencing on 13 June.
