City will host its Annual General Meeting followed by a fans forum in the Branston Legends Lounge on Thursday 8 February 2024.
Unless you have previously notified us that you wish to receive a hard copy of correspondence by post, the papers for this year’s AGM will be sent to all shareholders by email.
A test email was sent to shareholders on Monday. This is the email address associated with any share purchase rather than any linked to your ticketing account with the club.
If you have not received a email and believe you should, please check your spam folder and that the email address you gave us associated with the share purchase is the right one. If you wish to change the email address associated with your shares you can contact our company secretary via companysecretary@theredimps.com.
The AGM, which is only accessible to shareholders, will start at 7pm with arrivals from 6.30pm into the lounge. Please note that every shareholder wishing to attend will need to obtain a ticket. Tickets will be available to be booked from Wednesday morning when the AGM papers are sent out.
The AGM will be followed by presentations from CEO Liam Scully, director of football Jez George and head coach Michael Skubala at 7.30pm, before chairman Clive Nates and director Harvey Jabara join to form a panel to participate in the usual Q&A fans forum format.
This change in format follows feedback from supporters, with the aim of this section being to allow key personnel from the club to talk openly about key club matters and sharing detail in presentational format. This section will not be filmed. The following Q&A will, however, be recorded and made available on the club's official channels.
