Lasse Sorensen is hoping to build on the current form after securing back-to-back wins on Saturday against Fleetwood Town.
The Dane got on the scoresheet against the Cods, and is hoping to continue his goal-scoring form for the rest of the season.
Sorensen said: “I’m happy we’ve got our two wins. I don’t think we look behind us at the moment, because we know we have the quality in our squad to look up.
“It feels good to score and make an assist but it feels better to get the win. We all went into the game thinking we can get three points so when we ended up winning, it was a great feeling.”
Sorensen also feels that the Imps’ recent victories have given them a lot of mental strength which they can take into the next few matches.
He added: “Football is very much a mental sport as well, prior to the Burton game we weren’t on the best of runs.
“But the win against Burton and the way it happened obviously helped us massively, and it helped us keep positive despite falling 1-0 behind against Fleetwood.”
