City have released their annual report on equality, diversity and inclusion.
The report follows the creation of an external advisory group which looks to help the club engage further in the community.
With February a month to highlight diversity initiatives, the first-team will wear a rainbow captain's armband for every game and use rainbow corner flags for all home fixtures. Coaching staff will also wear pin badges at every fixture.
The club will have a number of match themes focused on EDI matters before the end of the season.
The Lincolnshire Football Association are hosting a Football v Homophobia Festival at the LNER Stadium on Sunday. The tournament is now full, but spaces can be booked on their free question and answer session which runs from 3.30-6.30pm (click here to book).
