Ahead of the visit of Carlisle United on Saturday afternoon, we are able to provide supporters with a guide to plan your visit to the LNER Stadium.
Matchday theme
Saturday is our designated grassroots fixture in partnership with MidLincs and we cannot wait to welcome youth sides from across the county to the LNER Stadium.
More than 60 grassroots clubs have already signed up to attend, providing affordable access to the fixture with an adult and child joint ticket costing just £15.
As well as this, each participating grassroots club will receive £5 cashback per ticket they have sold to spend on Oxen retail.
This initiative makes purchasing necessary equipment more affordable by providing cheaper access to high-quality items such as footballs, cones, training bibs and other key equipment from City’s official kit supplier.
University of Lincoln Fan Village
For those looking to relax and enjoy the matchday atmosphere, there is a wide range of food and drink options in the University of Lincoln Fan Village - including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
Tipsy Imp will provide a wide range of premium beers and ciders. A variety of soft drinks are also available across the fan village.
The Imps retail unit will also be in operation, providing supporters the opportunity to kit themselves out for the new campaign with our home, away, third, goalkeeping and warm-up ranges.
The Red Imps Community Trust will have their stall including old programmes for sale.
Family activities
Poacher's Den, introduced for the 2022/23 season by the club's Foundation, is City's family-friendly area which is open to supporters of both sides ahead of games at the LNER Stadium.
Based at the north end of the GBM Stand and accessed via Sincil Bank, there is now a pool table, putting green and speed stack challenge. A new TV has also been installed for those wishing to play FIFA on the PlayStation.
This is all in addition to the Xbox, table tennis, fussball table and other fun activities at every game.
Poacher's Den is just one of the free activities in place at every home match, with free children's football sessions on the 3G pitch opposite the SRP Stand from 12.30pm every Saturday - there is no need to book on, simply turn up from 12.30pm.
There is also an interactive challenge in the University of Lincoln Fan Village at every match - for Saturday's visit of Carlisle United this will be a climbing wall.

Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance
Volunteers from the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance service will be around the ground with collection buckets and there is also set to be a flypast of the iconic yellow helicopter over the LNER Stadium at around 2.45pm, subject to the crew not being called out to a mission.
City's players will also warm-up in Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance t-shirts ahead of the match.
Earlier in the week Lasse Sorensen, Ethan Erhahon and Alex Mitchell joined City’s medical staff Kieran Walker and Elliot Howell in a tour of the HQ near RAF Waddington to learn about their work.
Supporter liaison officers
Our SLO team will be around the stadium before and during the game, look out for them or our Here To Help team - they will all be clearly identified. We have a matchday familiarisation opportunity for any supporters who are new to the stadium - this is free and there is no need to sign up, simply head to the ticket office for 1.30pm.
Alan Long, who heads our SLO team, also guides you through what a matchday looks like in this welcome video below.
Audio descriptive commentary
The Imps provide a free audio descriptive commentary service for fans with visual impairments. Headsets and receivers can be collected from the ticket office before the game (from the SLO point 12noon-2pm, then from the ticket office desks).
Fans are encouraged to bring their own headphones where possible to minimise the amount of equipment needed to be shared - the receivers have a standard aux output.
Anyone with questions about the service are asked to contact disability liaison officer Heidi Langham on dlo@theredimps.com.
Teamsheet
The Imps have launched a new, enhanced teamsheet for this season, featuring the starting line-ups and notes from the head coach.
The enhanced teamsheet can be purchased at all home matches for just 50p around the ground. These will be available in the ticket office, the Red Imps Community Trust stand in the University of Lincoln Fan Village, or the 50/50 draw sellers at the northern end of the stadium from around 2.15pm. Alternatively, you can order your copy online HERE.
Find out more information on the teamsheet HERE.
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased from the ticket office before the match, but we strongly recommend purchasing online at eticketing.co.uk/imps.
Travelling supporters can purchase tickets from the away ticket office window next to the club shop before the game.
#ImpsSelfie
We've loved seeing the pictures of families enjoying matchdays at the LNER Stadium - why not share your images of the day with us on Twitter using the #ImpsSelfie hashtag. If you get a picture with Poacher don't forget to tag him on Twitter at @Poacher_The_Imp!
Matchday travel
The South Common car park will be temporarily closed on Saturday due to the fairground which is currently set up on the land.
As of the start of this month, the streets surrounding the stadium have been moved to permit holders only, meaning supporters could face a penalty charge if parking there.
However, there are still plenty of parking options available for Saturday’s fixture, including Lincoln Central car park at a reduced rate. Click here to find out all of the options.
Gold members can get their home matchday transport covered for just £2 courtesy of Stagecoach. For more information on this scheme, CLICK HERE.
There is also a cycle rack at the stadium for people who wish to bike down to the game.
iFollow Imps
The match is available for live streaming internationally for just £10, or the equivalent cost in your local currency.
The feed includes expert commentary from the BBC Radio Lincolnshire sports team, including replays of key moments as well as match statistics and latest scores around the division.
Alternatively, UK-based supporters can listen to live match commentary using an iFollow Imps audio pass - which can be bought HERE.
iFollow Imps subscribers can watch all the reaction, including post-match interviews and match highlights.
City supporters unable to get to the LNER Stadium will also be able to follow the action with regular updates on the club’s official Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages.
Former Players Association guests
Ron Harbertson, Trevor Swinburne and Dean Walling will be at the game. They'll be interviewed by Ivor James on the University of Lincoln Fan Village stage shortly after 2pm.
Doreen Ashton
There will be a minute's silence prior to kick off in memory of Doreen Ashton, an iconic figure at the club who volunteered over many decades. You can read more about her contribution to the Imps here.
Poacher's Playlist
You get to decide the matchday music at every match! Look out for the post on our social media channels and simply reply with your choice.
Safe text number
We offer an anonymous safe text number for supporters to report any concerns around safety or inappropriate behaviour and chanting in or around the stadium. You can contact the safe text line on 07718 483367.
