Lukas Jensen has won the Carabao Cup Player of the Round award following his impressive performance at Sheffield United last month.
The 24-year-old kept a clean sheet over 90 minutes, as well as saving two penalties in a memorable victory at Bramall Lane in front of almost 3,000 Imps.
The Dane’s heroics earned him a nomination for the Carabao Cup Player of the Round, with football supporters voting in their numbers for the City keeper to ensure he saw off competition from Stoke City’s Josh Laurent, Mansfield Town’s Christy Pym and Crystal Palace’s Jean-Phillipe Mateta.
As well as a trophy to award his performance, Jensen’s efforts helped set up Wednesday’s third-round tie against Europa Conference League champions West Ham United.
