Charity walk to LNER Stadium

Nine City supporters will take a 44km walk to the LNER Stadium to raise funds in memory of Imps fan David Pickwell who sadly passed away last year.

David, who took his own life at the age of 37 in the summer of 2022, will be honoured by nine of his friends who are set to take a long walk from St Denny's Church in Sleaford to the LNER Stadium on Saturday 14 October.

The group will be walking the distance of more than a marathon ahead of City’s fixture against Burton Albion to raise funds for the Lincoln City Foundation and mental health charity Mind.

More than £2,800 has already been raised and supporters can get behind the group HERE.

The group are expected to finish the walk at around 2pm on the LNER Stadium pitch, before watching the match in the Branston Legends Lounge.
