City have created their sixth annual fan survey to help gain information about the club's supporters.
This survey will help create and steer the Imps’ strategy towards the 2023/24 season and beyond.
It is vitally important for the club to learn more about the fan base so that it can progress further as it enters a fifth season in the third tier of English football.
This survey will take around 15 minutes to complete and one lucky supporter who completes this questions will win a squad signed shirt.
