Jordan Wright insists Tuesday's clean sheet against Barnsley was achieved through a collective effort.
The Imps shared the points to remain unbeaten against the top four sides in Sky Bet League One this season, and the goalkeeper was full of praise for his team-mates.
He said: "I’m delighted with the clean sheet but all the lads worked hard for it and we’ve been solid for a number of months now.
“The boys in front of me make our life easy as goalkeepers, I’m just there to clean up if I’m needed.”
Wright was also keen to credit the clean sheet to the hard work he and his fellow goalkeepers put into training on a daily basis.
He added: “I always train right and we make sure when that time comes I can go in and show the head coach what I can do.
“You have to have the right mentality every day and prepare the same as the lads who are playing. You never know what could happen, so you have to be ready for that.”
