Imps goalkeeper Carl Rushworth has been called up to the England Under-21s squad for their upcoming fixture versus Germany U21s.
The young Lions host Germany at Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane on Tuesday 27 September (7:45pm KO).
Since joining the Imps on loan from Brighton, Rushworth has impressed during his eight first team appearances for Mark Kennedy’s side.
