September was a busy month for our City loanees who have all been in action for their respective teams.
The month proved to be successful for Hayden Cann at Gainsborough Trinity who finished the month unbeaten in all competitions. The young defender has impressed during this time having started every league game and kept two clean sheets in the process.
Sutton United and Charley Kendall finished the month in fourth place after an impressive start to their campaign, which has seen the young striker make eight appearances in all competitions for the London-based side this season.
Meanwhile, Hakeeb Adelakun started in each of Gillingham’s four league matches in September during what has been a frustrating month for the League Two side, picking up just two points.
Boston United have picked up some form during September and won four out of their five matches during the month. Sam Long has made two clean sheets in his four starts in the team, missing one match due to his international call-up.
Morgan Worsfold-Gregg is settling into life at AFC Rushden & Diamonds and started three out of four matches in September, whilst Jovon Makama came on as a substitute in Brackley Town’s 0-0 draw against Chorley.
