Harvey Jabara has been inducted into the W. P. Carey Alumni Hall of Fame to recognise his business achievements.
Harvey attended a glittering ceremony and reception at Arizona State on Thursday 17 November.
City chairman Clive Nates said: “This recognition for Harvey is no surprise as he is not only an accomplished businessman but someone who is clearly very passionate about using his time to help others. We’ve seen this first-hand since he first became involved with the Imps.
“I, on behalf of Lincoln City, offer my warmest congratulations to Harvey for this achievement. He, along with Missy, Jaxon and Jensen, can take real pride in this recognition.”
W. P. Carey School Dean Ohad Kada added: "The Alumni Hall of Fame is a wonderful opportunity for the school to celebrate our accomplished alumni as examples of excellence and innovation in our community.
"Our students can see these alumni's wonderful examples of 'doing good while doing well' through contributions to their professions, their communities, and the W. P. Carey School of Business. We are honoured to celebrate their accomplishments as they are inducted into the school's illustrious hall of fame."
Harvey, along with his family, has been among City's key investors since June 2021. He graduated from the W. P. Carey School of Business in 1988, is managing member of Olive Management LLC, a consulting firm that assists family investment offices in a range of asset management activities.
He has served on the W. P. Carey School of Business Dean's Council, Helping Hands for the Homeless advisory board, and other community and higher education organisations.
Harvey and his family's love of sports saw them acquire a minority interest in the San Diego Padres Baseball Club (MLB) in 2009 as well as the Imps in 2021.
