Richard Clarke has stepped down as a board member of Lincoln City.
Richard has been a member of the board since 2017, making a significant contribution to the growth of the club in that time.
Richard said: "As someone born and raised in Lincoln, it has been an absolute honour to serve on the board throughout such a special time in the club's history.
"I am sure that the current board, led by Clive Nates, will continue to progress the club in the coming years which I will watch on as a lifelong fan."
Imps chairman Clive Nates thanked Richard for his contribution after his departure from the board was communicated at last week's AGM.
He added: "I understand Richard's need to balance his time commitments, and am grateful for the support he gave myself and the rest of the board over close to five years as part of the group.
"I'm sure everyone at the club joins me in wishing him all the best in his ongoing business ventures."
