Buyback scheme
The buyback scheme will be running again for the 2022/23 campaign with Gold and Gold+ Members eligible to approximately 70% of the cost of their ticket back as credit if the club resells their ticket to another supporter for games which have sold out. This credit can be used towards cup or league match tickets as well as unique money-can’t-buy opportunities. The club will tell supporters when this scheme is operating.
Season cards
Supporters who renewed their gold memberships in the same seat are able to use last seasons card.
Digital season passes will be issued to supporters via email week commencing 11 July. For those who weant a physical season card, supporters can request one after they have received their digital season pass for a small charge.
For those who wish to use the digital ticketing option, the advice from Ticketmaster is that you will require the most up to date operating system on your smartphone as well as the most recent version of the app.
