After consultation with the supporters board, the club are continuing to look into a loyalty points system in conjunction with Ticketmaster.
For the current campaign, the loyalty function will be data collection only, meaning tickets will not be released based on points for the 2022/23 campaign. Gold, silver and bronze priority will continue to be used as tickets are made available for fixtures this season.
When viewing their ticketing account, supporters may notice loyalty points appearing. This is merely the club turning on the functionality and collection of data, which could be used in future seasons, following further consultation and consideration.
Where supporters are purchasing tickets for friends and family, they are advised to re-assign individual tickets to supporter accounts to ensure points are allocated to those attending games. A reminder of how to link your family and friends to your account can be found HERE.
The club would like to stress at this moment in time that no changes are expected in the immediate future, and any further updates will be communicated in due course.
How points will be awarded
- Points will be allocated on a simple 10 points per game basis (home or away)
- For example, Gold/+ members will be awarded 230 points
