City supporters can help those in their local community on Saturday with the club hosting a foodbank collection ahead of the fixture versus Wycombe.
The Imps have partnered with local foodbanks, the Fans Players Scheme (FPS), Lincoln City Foundation, the Red Imps Community trust, 617 Squadron and Lincolnshire Co-op to raise donations in the form of money and food for Lincoln Foodbank.
There will be food drop off points located at the Lincoln City Foundation office, the Red Imps Community Trust stand in the University of Lincoln Fan Village and Poacher’s Den.
Suggested items for donation are:
- Cereal
- Soup
- Pasta
- Rice
- Tinned tomatoes/pasta sauce
- Lentils, beans and pulses
- Tinned meat
- Tinned vegetables
- Tea/coffee
- Biscuits
- UHT milk
From January 2022 to the end of September 2022, Lincoln Foodbank have given out 2,913 food parcels to 5,976 people; of which 2,165 were children.

Supporters will have the opportunity to make food and monetary donations at the LNER Stadium on Saturday 10 December when the Imps face Wycombe Wanderers in Sky Bet League One action.
Did you know?
- A £5 donation is the equivalent of a three-day food parcel
- A £10 is the equivalent of £25 worth of food
- A £15 is the equivalent of nine days of meals or 27 meals
Over £2,000 has already been raised as the initiative aims to reach the £5,000 target.
