City will be remembering Imps who have sadly lost their lives in 2022 at the final home fixture of the year versus Bolton Wanderers.
This fixture will also see the John Reames memorial trophy presented at full-time, in memory of the former Imps chairman.
To remember the Imps that have passed away over the last 12 months, the club would like to publish tributes to loved ones in the match programme on the day.
These can be sent in to media@theredimps.com by Friday 16 December at 5pm.
