City supporting #NoHomeKit campaign

City will be joining other football clubs in supporting Shelter’s #NoHomeKit campaign for Friday’s visit of Bolton Wanderers.

By wearing the away kit for Friday’s fixture, the Imps are joining the national efforts to raise awareness and funding to help those without a secure roof over their heads this Christmas.

A decision to take part in the campaign was made with the backing of the club's Supporters Board.

The football community knows the importance of home, but with thousands of people spending this Christmas in dingy hostels, on friends’ sofas or sleeping outside - this is something Shelter cannot ignore.

Every 90 minutes, 25 households are made homeless in England.
With the growing cost of living crisis, the situation is set to get much worse. With your help Shelter can continue to provide free advice and support to the thousands of people facing homelessness and continue the fight for home.
