More than 600 Imps fans made the trip to Lancashire for City's final away game of the season.
Among the Imps fans were Dave Hobby and Nathan Poundall, who had cycled to the match from the LNER Stadium - having set off from Lincolnshire before dawn in order to get to the match.
It is just the start of their challenge to raise funds for St Barnabas Hospice, as between Friday 29 April Friday 6 May they will pedal to every Premier League stadium in the country - more than 800 miles.
