The ticket office at the LNER Stadium will be closed for in-person service on Thursday 25 November due to staff training and system maintenance work.
Supporters can still contact staff on 01522 458884 with any enquiries from 12noon-5pm, while the website eticketing.co.uk/imps will also remain online for fans wishing to purchase tickets.
The ticket office will open again to in-person enquiries from 10am on Friday.
