Ahead of the upcoming home fixtures going into the end of the 2019/20 season we would like to take this opportunity to remind supporters that they should always sit in their allocated seat within LNER Stadium.
All tickets at LNER Stadium are sold with designated seat numbers on them and supporters are required to occupy the seat which is labelled on their ticket. Over recent games we have noticed that there are a number of people who are attempting to migrate across the stadium and in the Lincolnshire Coop Stand in particular to occupy seats which often have already been purchased by other supporters.
Attempting to move from your allocated seat and into one which may/may not have been purchased by another supporter has the potential to cause safety issues around the stand. Any supporters not sitting in their own seat and choosing to move elsewhere in the stadium would cause a inconvenience for fellow Imps’ fans and have the potential to effect their matchday experience, therefore we would respectfully request everyone to always consider their fellow supporters in and around the stadium.
As a result, extra ticket checks have been implemented around the stadium on matchdays, so we would politely ask all supporters to cooperate with any stewards should there be a request to see their ticket to ensure the safety of all.
Thank you for your understanding.
